What is Transformational Energy Healing (TEH)?

Transformational Energy Healing (TEH) is a therapy to promote healing of the etheric or energetic body that exists in all of us. This energetic body exists simultaneously with our physical body, with each having a direct effect on the other. Therefore, transformational energy healing helps us mentally and spiritually, as well as physically.

What are the benefits of TEH?

Some of the benefits of TEH include but are not limited to:
Relief of stress and anxiety by balancing the mind, body, and spirit.
Detecting and removing energy blocks which may be the cause  of physical, mental, and emotional stresses
Pain relief
Balancing the body’s Chakras for a smooth flow of energy
Complimenting all medical healing therapies and rehabilitation
Strengthening one’s connection to the Divine
Aiding in decision making and being at peace with situations  
May increase intuition.

It is important that you understand that no energy healing therapy can be accepted as a replacement for any prescribed or necessary medical treatment; but is best used as a complimentary treatment.  Energy healing does not diagnose or medically treat any illness or condition.

What is Reiki?

The awareness that an unseen energy flows through all living things and directly affects the quality of a person’s health has been part of the wisdom of many cultures since ancient times. This life energy goes by many names: qi in China, ki in Japan, and prana in India. The ancient Hawaiians called it ti or ki. It has also been called orgone energy and élan vital, and science refers to it as biofield energy.

When your life energy is low, it is more difficult to deal with stress; you may not sleep well, and you’re more susceptible to illness. When your life energy is strong, you feel strong, can more easily deal with stress, and are less likely to get sick. Reiki is a technique that increases a person’s supply of life energy.

What are the benefits of Reiki?

Reiki energy allows muscles to relax and increases blood flow to treated areas,
which in turn quickens the healing process. Practitioners and clients report help with stress, headaches, insomnia, upset stomach, sprains and other minor conditions. Occasionally, miraculous results are reported. Reiki also promotes psychological healing, including release of anger, fear, worry, sadness and other unhealthy feelings, and replaces them with self-worth, confidence and tranquility.

How long is each session?

Our first session is approximately 1.5 hours and follow-up treatments are generally one hour.  However, because of the nature of this work, sometimes sessions are longer.

The cost per session is $125 and payment must be made at the time of booking.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please give as much notice as possible.  I may request full payment for a missed session if you cancel within 24 hours of the session time.
